What is it with this place? This Pike International property has garbage over flowing every few weeks, eventually spilling out on to the sidewalk and street. People DO walk here. Looks like a private garbage recycling service and looks like once again, it's about to spill out on the sidewalk. C'mon people!

Hey Yale University... New Haven City Hall... Corner of Prospect and Trumbull... Whose responsibility is it to fix this? It’s been this way for months. A lot of people congregate on this corner before crossing the street and the concrete barriers take up a lot of real estate. C’mon and fix it already!
