This has been posted multiple times and closed multiple times with no fix or clean up in site. The USPS promptly fixed the issue on the mailbox but the city has yet to fix the stop sign with Gang graffiti

Another shipping conga Io net had been b koi that on to property this is the 4th shipping container in the past few years. I have worked with the city before to have the others removed. I called on April 21,2023 and I have not relieved a cell back yet. This container is less than 3 feet from the property line.

Pothole is becoming larger by the day. And is becoming a safety hazard. Citizens are having to purchase new tires due to this pothole.

There is constantly a propane tank left out on the street. At times 3-4 are just being left in the road as if some one hits one it will be catastrophic

Weeds are over grown and there is construction debris all in the front yard. Consist of toilet,windows,and other construction debris. No permits have b en pulled fir any of the work

Just had a child get hit by a car and noticed that the speed limit sign is now laying completely flat on the ground. The child being hit could have been prevented if proper signage would be fixed. This is the second report about this sign

Tree Blocking Sidewalk

Large homeless encampment has appeared on the field that has constantly caught on fire for the last few years. It is backing up against the some of the homes in the area that have already experinced fire damage. This needs to be handled immediately as we are nearing fire season and our community in this area is tired of dealing with fires due to negligence.

There are approximately 3 be hikes that random people are coming in and out of multiple times of day. None of the vehicles are working and one has no plates on it. My neighbors have become fearful of leaving their homes as they know somebody is watching is watching them daily. My neighbors mother is up in age and is hard of hearing and we are fearful that something will happen if this problem is not eradicated soon. Easement Violation. Per the city of Vallejo building codes and code enforcement codes. There are multiple violations located at this property. I now have 3 large shipping container adjacent to my backyard violating the 5 foot easement code. I have reached out to planning without a call back.

Tree Branches have broken/fallen and have completely impeded the use of sidewalk. There are 2 abandoned vehicles right next to the fallen limbs that is requiring seniors and youth to walk way out into the street

Bike has been chained and dumped on the stop sign.

This vehicle was abandoned in October 2019. The owners have came back and cleaned out the vehicle and now has gang graffiti plastered on the side of it, homeless are now sleeping Inside the vehicle,also has caused illegal dumping next to it, and has bought unwanted attraction to the neighborhood.

2 chairs and bike rack pieces were illegally dumped on sidewalk have been moved back to clear path on to sidewalk
