    These trucks park here all the time making it difficult to exit the parking lot. It is a very hazardous situation. I believe this vehicle to be abandoned because the tractor is disconnected. But this is more of an illegal parking complaint. Isn't there an ordinance about commercial trucks parked overnight on city streets? The drivers show up in out of state vehicles, park in the private lot illegally and only use our streets to store their trucks. They're parked all over the city and nothing is being done about it.
