At the Azalea Community Garden, there is severe overgrowth in the common areas of the garden areas. This has caused increased rodent activity, as well as tripping safety hazards.

This was acknowledged almost a year ago. The issue has caused an ongoing problem.The area is continuing to deviate the stormwater causing flooding and erosion in the immediate area. Will this be addressed this year, 2023?

The rusted and bent crossbar has made the wheels not roll, making it impossible to move the garbage receptacle under load.

In front of Azalea Elementary, there is a crosswalk that is clearly marked. but since there is no one there as a crossing guard and no pedestrian lights to alert drivers there is kids, adults and pets trying to cross the walkway... there are several instances that I have seen potential tragedies of someone being hit. I believe a cross way light and/or crossing guard would help eliminate & avoid this danger.

major separation occurring on water runoff drainage. Also, water during rainfall accumulates across road as well as catching various debris in the gap.

The canopy/crown of the palm tree has a disease and will fall at any moment into the right away. children cross the crosswalk and go home from Azalea Elementary daily in the path of this palm in the right away.

There is a major depression in the Russell Dr. N roadway at the crosswalk area for Azalea Elementary at the crossroad of 17th Ave N. Looks like a sewer ground collapse. Getting worse by the week.

A palm tree on the city easement has sudden crown drop. It is a matter of time before this palm will be a hazard to the elementary students that walk home within the pathway of this failing palm tree.

there is a diseased palm tree that will.lose its canopy soon. we had another palm that was removed by the city approx about 15 feet from this one, with the same disease. This is located by the stop sign on 16th ave n in st pete and within the azalea Elementary school zone. were concerned it could be a dangerous hazard to the children that walk home. there is no abutting neighbor to this tree as it is on the roadway and by the stop sign.
