Drain backs up repeatedly. Resident said water is so high that garbage cans were able to float away in the water at the end of the street, and when area turns into ice it poses a hazard for residents.

Garbage missed

Resident complaint of frozen snow piled up at end of driveway following plowing, resident said they are unable to shovel it and unable to traverse driveway.

Grass has not yet been replaced from construction work where grass was used for parking lot access. Property owner indicated that they saw others' had been replaced and theirs had not yet been replaced. They would like a call back.

Work done on easement by City, said grading is low, floods often and becomes an ice rink in the winter. Please contact and see what can be done.

Leaking from water main was being repaired, resident says that pavement in area is now sinking.

Construction sign at 3rd & Oak, resident said it has been there a while and construction seems to be done. They'd like it removed today if possible.

Resident reported a swimming pool with no fencing, indicates it poses a safety hazard as is.... resident is reporting this again after months with no improvement.

Recycling missed, resident says this has happened at their address a few times.

Chipping services needed throughout Ramblewood. Resident said that trees have been at curbs at several houses for weeks.

Tall weeds in side of backyard at this approximate address, house has blue shutters, weeds are visible from front.

Sprinkler line is still damaged following sidewalk work.

Resident previously contacted City regarding broken sprinkler system from sidewalk work. Resident says a repair was attempted, but it is still leaking in other places, resident moved blue flag to where it is leaking and left a note.

Two 8ft pieces of lumber, two 6ft pieces, and smaller broken pieces that can go through chipper. Because longer pieces cannot go through chipper, she will need a special pickup. Please call resident for special pickup.

Resident reported that cement slab replacement contractor on east side of street is currently washing cement sludge into drains.

Brush, branches, trimmings, some in front of house, some along side, all gathered into piles for the chipper.

Tree appears diseased - leaves, branches falling - color of tree bark has changed to a darker brown.

Sidewalk contractor has left holes at property, residents sprinkler system and dog fence line have been severed by the work as well. They would like to talk to someone about replacement and repair.

Barrels still in street from sidewalk work. Resident is having company tonight and would like them removed, said barrels are impeding traffic, people are stopping and moving barrels out of the way to get through, street sweeper couldn't sweep the front of the property. Would like removed today (Wednesday) if possible
