Construction company has ruined my front yard (non-public egress portion). Grade of yard has been dramatically changed, without my permission. Money spent to make my front yard level years ago, now made insignificant. I have pictures to show the 1-2 foot difference that has now created a hill on my property. Looking for legal recourse. Debris left on my front yard property, not city/public property. Disparate impact on residents of Ashwood Avenue. City unconcerned about residents' concern.
