    This 20 mph posting on Humphrey seems to be illegal and therefore unenforceable.

    The problem appears to be traffic ahead turning suddenly left in order to stay on Humphrey.

    My recommendation would be:

    1. A sign alerting motorists Humphrey St will be an actual sharp left turn.
    2. Move back the existing traffic lights from the Puritan Rd/Humphrey location to the Humphrey/Atlantic Av intersection, or place additional traffic lights on the corner of Humphrey and Atlantic Av, locked to the Puritan Rd/Humphrey St lights. Add a left turn signal to the Humphrey and Atlantic Av lights.
    3. Stripe the road for a Left Turn Only lane at that point

    There is an unexpected and dangerous obstruction extending into Humphrey St. it's not marked and impossible to see under the snow, especially to cars making a right turn from Redington.
