    Submitted by Andrew P. Water Conservation x6979. This is for Fire Station 9 at 3355 E OCOTILLO RD. The domestic meter account 07495319 has a damaged touchread/radio wire so the meter reads are picking up '0' consumption for Eden, even though the meter is using water. I have data log if needed.     Andrew from Water Cons input x6979. Originally out for a high consumption check, but during visit, meter showing no consumption with irrigation running. Data log shows extreme high uses and negative uses that do not add up to estimated consumption, indicating a malfunctioning meter. I will inform customer service as well for billing adjustment.
