    The path around #12 and #13 before and after Marsh Tower has huge “potholes” that were filled with sand but heavy rains always float it away. Someone is going to get hurt on a bike or golf cart.

    In addition to the concern posted earlier about the Marsh Tower area, the whole path along the marsh in that area still has a lot of debris, wrack and tree stumps that are an eyesore. And the path along the marsh going along Number 13 MW has cones to let people know that this part of path is broken apart. When will this be rectified, as it is an eyesore too and more importantly a hazard.

    Many downed trees are still
    along the path on Priest Landing.
    This area does not present well to
    visitors or residents walking, riding in a gold cart or driving near the Landings Company or the MW Clubhouse.

    TLA request

    We have a damaged water oak with huge limbs that fell and this tree needs to come down. In addition, we want to remove the two pine trees that flank driveway in front of house, as they lost many limbs during Hermine and then Matthew and if they fall toward house will crush our home. One is already leaning toward front of home. We incurred over $75,000 worth of damage after Matthew due to trees and limbs falling on our home and almost a year of renovation to home and property. These trees pose a huge threat to our house and property.
