    This woman has literally set up a tent on the sidewalk in front of 3719 46th avenue. There are trash cans filled to the rim with garbage where she is set up. She brings garbage from other places and fills up the cans that do not belong to her. there are garbage cans filled to the top all up and down the street and are not being emptied on trash day because theydo not belong to the residents on the street. It looks awful. The place where she is at smells of urine. The kids on the street cant play because of this nonsense.

    There numerous garbage cans that do not belong to any residents on the street that are filled to capacity with garbage. There is black homeless woman who is responsible for all the mess on the street. She has a four or five green garbage cans set up around the sidewalk where she camps and hangs out all day. The waste management is not dumping the cans because they are filled with the wrong kinds of material and because they do not belong to the residents on the street. Because they are not being dumped, we are left with a street lined with overflowing cans of garbage. its awful to look at and awful to smell. Something must be done about this woman who has been out there for some time. It ridiculous.. Thank you.

    Someone has dumped tons of trash in front of this property. It looks awful and people keep going through it making a huge mess all over. It is blocking the storm drain as well and is causing the street to flood.

    There are a few parked cars in this apt complex lot that are used for illegal activity. There are people in and out of them at all hours of day and night. They have broken windows and large plastic over them. They are an eye sore and are being used by drug dealers and users. The owner of vehicles has been allowing this to go on for some time. She is aware of the problem but does nothing about it.
