    Unintegrated crosswalk signals causing right of way snarls. Both cars and pedestrians believe they have right of way when light is green and lights are flashing. This is going to cause either a motor vehicle or pedestrian accident. Please fix with integrated crosswalk signal or remove unintegrated flashers.

    N Bound traffic (entering hotel) blocks left turning traffic due to poor signal timing. Most traffic is turning left and many don't understand why car in front of them is not going (red light, green turn all in same lanes). This can be fixed by allowing N bound green straight and turn together, having S bound traffic from hotel to wait to next segment of cycle.
