10/13/2020 about 7:30am my blue recycle roll out cart was taken during trash pickup. It must have fell off when emptying trash out of it. Please replace my container. Thank you;

If checked you will see this is maybe my fourth or fifth time with this complaint. I roll my cart out Wednesday night with my grass and leaves for pickup Thursday. Again they do not even come down
my street. I roll my cart back up Friday morning because the bi-laws
state I can't leave my cart out all the time. I will have my cart out again next Thursday. Please advise those workers who don't like to work to please pick up my leaves and grass. Thank you;

July 3rd Wednesday, July 10th Wednesday I put out yard waste for Thursday. July 17th Wednesday I put out yard waste for Thursday. I still have the same yard waste from July 10th to now Friday July 19th. That is 3 days they have not picked up yard waste. They do not come down Cay Court. They look down from Lox drive and can't see all the containers. There is another house on Cay Court that have yard waste on the curve. If they don't want to work they should quit and let someone who do work.
