    The 2 no- parking spaces between 20-28 Hanover on the west side of the street have been occupied a lot recently. When all the spaces on the street are occupied and theses spaces are also occupied it is hard to maneuver. It's even worse in the winter. Can we start enforcing this no parking now so that we nip in before the first snowfall when the hill at Hanover becomes more challenging to navigate?
