    When traveling towards Island dr on Robert Davey in the evening with little to no traffic cars get stopped at the light when trying to make a left onto island dr I don't know if the pick ups are not working or if the timer is off but you may sit at the light for 3-5 minutes waiting for it to change The whole time there may be no cars on Island drive The pickups should signal the lights to change much sooner than that
