Chicopee St traffic light turned red at Mt Carmel intersection at 5:50 am on a Sunday morning with no cars on Mt Carmel. This should never happen, as Chicopee St is a main thoroughfare, and Mt Carmel's light should only turn green when there is a car activating the sensor. I've contacted city officials about this before.
