Every time we have a wind storm the streetlight on the cul de sac moves from the street and ends up shining on someone's yard leaving the street dark. It needs to be clamped to the pole.
My neighbor has called and been told it is impossible for the streetlight to swivel. Please see picture attached and notice the streetlight is positioned with the light shining into someones yard, not the street.
