Hello. The traffic light located at Pallister & Third is blinking "RED" in all directions. This causes near accidents as drivers tend to ignore blinking lights at this intersection. This is a safety issue for drivers, pedestrians, & bicyclists. Furthermore, there is ongoing construction in this area and this particular traffic light controls the flow of traffic. PLEASE repair this traffic light ASAP.

About a month ago, the Water and Sewage Department repaired an issue within Uptown Row. However, the underground electrical lines must have been damaged as 2 of the 3 streetlights located near 818 Seville Row are out. In addition, 2 RESIDENTS' GARAGE DUSK LIGHTS WERE ALSO IMPACTED AND NO LONGER OPERATE. As you know, lighting plays a tremendous role in deterring criminal activity. We really need the electrical conduit (damaged during the City of Detroit Water and Sewage Department's digging) to be properly repaired as soon as possible. Thank you so very much for your attention in this matter.

The traffic light is flashing red in all directions. Unfortunately, drivers are not treating this as a four-way stop. This is a hazard for all drivers, pedestrians, and bicyclists. There was an issue in which DWSD needed to dig a hole to resolve it. The hole was covered with wood and flanked by caution cones/signs. However, it was soon discovered that at least 5 streetlights are no longer working - reportedly because an electrical conduit was damaged during digging. This is a residential community (Uptown Row @New Center Condo Townhomes). We really need the lights to be fixed; the hole to be filled in; and grass seeds planted. Thank you.

The traffic light at Pallister & Third is blinking in all directions. This causes most drivers to blow right thru the light causing near accidents. This is especially problematic during morning/evening work/school hours for commuters, pedestrians, & bicyclists.

This water main break is on a street within Uptown Row Condominiums. Residents report that "water {is} still leaking from beneath the ground." Reportedly, this has been an issue for 5 months. This issue was previously reported 9/5/2017 (Service Request ID: 3684524). I received 2 responses from your Department: a) more information was needed; b) the issue was already on file. I tried to reopen the service request to ascertain what additional information was needed and when the issue would likely be resolved. However, I was directed to "open" a new request.

Residents are concerned that this will drive up the price of their water & sewage bills as well as cause hazardous driving conditions in the winter when this large amount of water freezes.

PLEASE, please provide an estimation as to when this issue will be resolved.

A resident of Uptown Row Condominiums at New Center has reported "water still leaking from beneath the ground." According to him, this has been going on for 5 months. Not only is this a waste of water, it will generate a hefty water & sewage tax bill. Moreover, in the winter, this area will freeze over and cause a sheet of ice to form which is dangerous for drivers and pedestrians. We need this issue resolved as soon as possible. The traffic light at Pallister & Third is blinking red in all directions. Even though drivers should treat this as a 4-way stop, they do not. Some drivers proceed without pause causing near accidents. This is a danger to other drivers, pedestrians (many of which are children), & bicyclists. I've reported this traffic signal numerous times for the same issue & it has always been fixed promptly. However, it works properly for a period of time & then malfunctions again. Thank you for you attention in this matter.

More than a month ago, the Water & Sewage Department removed roughly 7ft by 6ft of asphalt to work on an issue. The hole was patched. However, as time passes, the patched portion of the road is noticeably sinking. Drivers often swerve to avoid it. Moreover, during any precipitation -- snow and now rain -- it fills up causing an even greater hazard for drivers. This patch is located on the side of 803 Pallister, which is a condo in Uptown Row at New Center.

This leak or blockage (not sure which) is located in the condo community: Uptown Row at New Center. A neighbor reported to the HOA Board that: a City of Detroit Water Department truck was onsite everyday for a week last month. Ever since then, there has been a steady stream of running water. Also, it appears the sprinkler line has been pulled out of the ground.

The drain overfills and causes flooding/standing water.
