Pot holes and crumbling pavement

Two different feral cats room the neighborhood. It appears these cats live in the sewer drains in the Hampton Manor neighborhood (corner of Taylor Road & Taylor Lane)

The 5021 Blakemore property has weeds 12 inches or more which is an eyesore to the neighborhood and City. These high weeds can hide all nature of vermin and disease.

The grass is so high it is almost covering the sidewalk from both sides

Traffic signal will not change from red to green from four mile post to Whitesburg. Have to run the red light to get through needs attention now before there’s an accident

Low hanging trees branches affecting ability to mow as well as limiting access along the sidewalk

Someone keeps dumping debris in the retention pond area that makes it impossible to keep maintained, this isn’t a public dump

Menacing cat. A cat roams the Hampton Manor subdivision and is a menace. It urinates and defecates all around the neighborhood and in/on plants and shrubs killing them. Kills birds and bird feeders and leaves them around and is just a problem. Unsure if it wild or someone’s pet but some needs to be done.

Grass is excessively high and needs to be cut. This is Huntsville City property

The grass in the vacant lot(s) on Taylor Road between SE Valley Cove Drive and Frankford Drive is very high and makes it difficult to walk on the sidewalk. I believe this is Huntsville City property

The drainage culvert into the retention pond along Taylor Lane is about half filled with sediment and rocks restricting the water flow into the retention pond which limits the amount of water able to flow from the street drains into the retention pond
