    VERMIN
    I have noticed more rodents/pests/vermin coming into our yard recently. We have a blind and deaf dog which has on more than one occasion been confronted with an opossum hissing at him. We're also seeing rats more often, and have seen a couple of large raccoons.
    We have a long-standing problem with the trees in the southeast corner of our lot. All trees belong to neighbor yards but no one takes responsibility for them. I got a ladder and checked the corner behind our fence. It looks like the palm tree belongs to 7118 13th St N (rental, owner Empire Realty LLC). The palm is probably ground zero for vermin. It looks like it's never been trimmed so has a lot of hiding places.
    Please help us with this vermin problem, which I believe is caused by the tree problem. If no one wants to claim the palm tree, it needs to come down.

    I don't know what to do so am writing to you. The wooden fence between backyards at 7119 and 7127 is falling apart, and a palm(?) on the 7119 side has broken through the fence. 7119 is a rental (the tenant moved out this week), so there is no one to contact. Can you help or point me in the right direction? Thanks

    Trees are growing rampant in back corner of 7118 13th St N & 7119 14th St N. These are both rental properties where no one takes responsibility for the trees. There has already been one instance of sparking from the electrical line that runs through them. Someone trimmed the trees back then, but it's doing it again and I'm afraid we're going to have a fire. Someone needs to cut the trees DOWN since no one maintains them. We live next door and seem to be the only ones who ever notice what's going on back there.

    Vacant home; oak tree in front yard surrounds and obscures street light; at night it causes most light to be blocked which casts surrounding properties in shadow, rendering street light useless; there are a lot of car break ins around Meadowlawn, we need all the light we can get at night. Also, street light is on constantly during daylight hours.
