Our last yard waste pickup was on 8/25. After 2 weeks of no pickup, they only took half of it today.

Sent a request last month for a new recycling bin since ours is broken and the wheel fell off. Received a notice that someone would be out today to repair it and nobody came. I don’t think this is repairable, please bring a new one and remove the old one, it is still at the curb

Wheel fell off of our current one so it will need to be picked up as well

For the third time in the last 2 months our recycling has been missed for the entire neighborhood. Everything used to get picked up on Monday. Now it’s trash on Monday, recycling on Tuesday and yard waste on Wednesday. Why is this happening? Have our pickup days been changed? If so, when did you plan to notify us?

Missed recycling pick up on entire street (Carvel Beach Rd. And Matfield Ct.

No trash was picked up on Carvel Beach Rd but it was picked up on Kingsway Dr. and Ft. Smallwood Rd.

Our yard waste was not picked up this morning, all other trash and recycling was picked up.

I would like an additional recycling bin please. We often have more recycling than trash and I don’t like to leave the extra recycling waste in bags on the ground, I’d rather put it in a bin so we don’t get any rodents. Thank you
