I didn't tag it as a storm/drain issue but it could be that: On the street 65th Ave S, going up the hill from Southcenter Blvd, the left lane (heading down towards Southcenter Blvd) is constantly wet. When it rains, the flow is greater, but the water seeps from a seam in the road regardless of whether the weather is dry or rainy. This isn't an issue for drivers until it is cold as it is now where it's frozen. I suspect it's a major project to locate the leak but it has been going on since at least when I moved to this location in April, continued through summer and now it's December and it has not been dealt with. This made me wonder if anyone has ever brought it to your attention that there's a major water leak going on and it could be costing the City ALOT of money!! (not to mention wasting water).
