Broken recycle can needs to be removed

My damaged recycled cart was not removed when the new cart was delivered. Driver looked at it and left.
Today I was told by a sanitation employee to turn the empty cart upside down and that will let them know to get it, because it's empty and it's upside down. They drove right passed it without picking it up. Please have the damaged recycle cart removed. Thanks

sewage is backing up.

no one came back out to get help locating the drain. The previous request that was closed at 4:24pm 12/16/2016 was closed prematurely. This is an urgent matter. We would really really appreciate it if someone can come back out please. Thanks

Sewer is backing up. Sewer every once an a while it backs up and the city has to come out. Drain is behind the home and near the small bedroom window is you are facing the back of the home. Someone will be there to direct you to the drain. Can someone call 901-351-4591 when they are being dispatched please. Thanks
