    There are several loose sidewalk tiles just in front of the Bike New Haven bike rack that was recently installed on Church Street by City Hall. I tripped on them last week, and I have seen others do the same.

    In front of the Starbucks on the corner of Church and Chapel, there are several loose bricks on the sidewalk. These bricks often get dislodged and pose a tripping hazard.

    There has been construction going on recently at 123 Church St. during the night. The construction has involved loud moving equipment dumping trash into an outdoor dumpster. The construction site is adjacent to several apartment buildings, and the noise of the construction is remarkably loud---more than sufficient to prevent residents from falling asleep (the work often begins around 11pm) and/or wake them up (often around 3:30 or 4am). Is this a noise violation? Can anything be done?
