Other Archived123 Church Street New Haven, Connecticut - Town_GreenThere has been construction going on recently at 123 Church St. during the night. The construction has involved loud moving equipment dumping trash into an outdoor dumpster. The construction site is adjacent to several apartment buildings, and the noise of the construction is remarkably loud---more than sufficient to prevent residents from falling asleep (the work often begins around 11pm) and/or wake them up (often around 3:30 or 4am). Is this a noise violation? Can anything be done?
