    We experienced another power outage in the early morning on 03/25/17. It was approx 4 hours. We just had an outage earlier this month.
    I would expect the Village to focus on this and work with ComEd to resolve these outages.
    Let me know what is being done.

    There was an extended power outage on Tuesday, March 14 from approx. 6AM to 9PM.
    1. What caused it?
    2. What was done to fix the problem?
    3.Has this been fixed for long term?
    We have had an outage in Sep 2016, 2 in Dec 2016 and now again in March 2017. This is unacceptable. We spent a night in a motel room due to the cold in the house. Will we be reimbursed for this expense?

    I would like to know what is being done to prevent this in the future.
