    There has been a lot of complaints. But I wanted to let everyone know that I walked by this morning around 8:30am and someone's car had the windows smashed out. It's getting worst each day. Do something!!!!

    The drifters and homeless are using this area behind the post office staircase as a bathroom area. I've now seen at least two people dropping their pants to release themselves here. Is the city going to do anything about this? This whole tent city is a mess and is loaded with litter, flagrant drug use, aggressive panhandling, fighting, etc. We are in the middle of a pandemic and these people are just amassing without protection and defecating in open space. Do something now! I don't care if they are homeless or addicts, enough is enough- it's time to get real and less politically correct!

    What is going on in Deering Oaks? It's like Portland's own version of CHOP. Dozens of vagrants loitering, booting dope, setting up tents, aggressively panhandling, etc. The area is getting very sketchy.

    There is a broken awning and snow blocking back door fire exit. Also appears to be some sort of electrical wire exposed due to broken awning.

    under the porch and in front of the building there is a bunch of trash, rusty exhaust pipe, busted chairs and an old grill. quite an eye sore.
