Severe dipping in right edge of roadway can do suspension damage to vehicles when hitting this area. Possibly causing a tire blowout to occur. Should be properly repaired by a quality road crew. This is before Sage Rd heading to Springwood Rd.

There are multiple areas of road surface in need of proper repairs both north and south of rocks state park. Many holes getting larger in both lanes needing fixed.

Road has multiple issues causing damage to vehicle suspension. Minor patchwork not fixing problems. Entire corner area in 3 directions is in dire need of proper repairs.

Road surface is falling apart near bottom of hill due to lack of base quality and very thin blacktop application. PLEASE REPAIR !!!

Multiple badly recessed manholes are difficult to miss without risk of crossing center line or driving erratic. This shows a real lack of respect for the people using roads daily. PLEASE FIX !!!
