    The person in the address in the picture keeps dumping their garbage in the wrong garbage and causing are garbage not to be picked up that person does not live in 183 or 185 wordin Avenue. I got rid of the garbage last week and now a new garbage in the wrong garbage cans and it will not be taken because of it I have the person's name and address on the boxes that were dumped see pictures
