House has been reported numerous times for a tree on the roof, caving in part of house. Derelict property. 3 months ago a notice of some sort was posted but nothing has been done. Covered in weeds and tree debris. Needs to be demolished.

Fire hydrant on Coleman Road, just South of Connelly Ct is hidden by brush & weeds. Should be cleared out.

Walk sign does not activate when pushing the button on corner of Ashurst, Coleman & Willeo. Signal control on tennis court corner. Never flashes, walk.

Vaz Kouzina Restaurant has stored a lot of debris, trash, empty boxes, piping, etc on side of their lot that faces Alpharetta Hgwy. Looks terrible as you drive by. Helps make the adjoining East Alley parking lot look worse.

Another request to get the street lights fixed on Josephine Skinner near Library/GET. Last post said Roswell has acknowledged the issue and that 3 lights were lit. At least 7-8 others are still out. VERY dark in there and not a positive welcome to GET nor Cityh Hall.

Back of plaza at 1000 Marietta Highway looks bad, again. Extension ladder leaning up on roof, debris stored along back of building, mops, chair, etc. Needs to be cleaned up again.

All of the overhead street lights on Josephine Skinner Circle were out last night. VERY Dangerous as a GET event letting out at 10:00 pm had zero visibility for pedestrians. Needs to be fixed ASAP. Not just one light; all lights were out.

2 car bumpers lying along Coleman Road @ Ga 120. Been there for about 5-6 weeks. Thank you.

Many tree limbs cut down by power company doing line maintenance, but never picked up. Branches have been there for months, all brown, etc. Need to be picked up along WIlleo.

There are many tree branches that have encroached on the sidewalk and roadway at intersection of Willeo, Coleman Rd. Cannot use the sidewalk as the limbs are hanging so low, and it is affecting a lane of road as well. Can someone take action to trim those branched back? Thank you.

The exit/entry way to Avia Riverside apartments has had a water issue for 3 years. Always visible water in the road at their entryway. Can someone check it out to see if it is a water pipe leak, or a natural spring? Thank you.
