    bridge drain on the right needs run over top the levee trail and so the water can drain back into the River. instead it is eroding the rip rap under the bridge and bringing unsafe sediment onto the trail below.

    this is a City bridge or utilities matter. this is not the county parks and rec responsibility.

    2nd large conglomeration of potholes which is causing transit buses to slow to a creep, despite having professional grade suspension due to deep pothole that causes bus to tip don into hole. safety concern at speed traffic has to slow to in order to safely navigate.

    there seems to be a water leak at this site as the ice is bulging up despite not having snowed or rained in several days. there are now large potholes emerging on the ice making passing acros the south side of tuis intersection challenging for motor vehicles. this is a primary entrance exit street from washburn university.

    this is the same issue that has not been repaired from March 2017 by the water department.

    The square pothole is now deeper then the picture shown in issue #3294792 . it is roughly 6 to 8 inches deep in the bike and has the potential to do damage to both cars and bicycles. it could easily send a person riding a bicycle over there handle bars.
