Highway 24 & Kansas Avenue Topeka, Kansas - City of Topeka Council District 2
At the intersection of Hwy 24 & Kansas Avenue, at the light, when your car is pointing toward the west and you are positioned in the left-turn lane at the light preparing to turn left/east onto Kansas Ave, there is a very large, deep pothole right at the left/east corner of that turn lane. It is so big it is hard to drive around it so you have to drive very slowly through it if you spot it in time. Can someone fix it?
  • Se Cyprus Drive Topeka, Kansas - City of Topeka Council District 3
Heading east on Cyprus Drive just after getting off the roundabout, there is a disabled (and apparently unoccupied) large pickup truck on the south side shoulder EXCEPT it is parked at slight angle w/ left rear wheel resting on the white line, so a car coming up fast in the south lane and not seeing it there, might "clip it" the corner of the truck if they are traveling close to white line. Maybe emergency car could put a reflective flag on the back corner of the truck to alert oncoming traffic just to be safe? Just a thought. Thanks!

On 6th St between Golden Ave and Rice Rd, Topeka, Kansas - City of Topeka Council District 3
Heading east on 6th St from Golden Ave toward Rice Rd, there are multiple potholes straddling the line that divides the two east-bound lanes or in the driving lanes themselves. Please fix all, but ESPECIALLY (1) a deep one on center line somewhere between Golden and Carnahan and (2) a deep one actually IN the driving lane (in northern eastbound lane); same vicinity. These are about a foot in circumference and several inches deep. If you send a pothole repair crew to drive up 6th Street from Golden toward Rice you'll see these and several potholes that have developed over the past few months which should be repaired. Thanks!
  • On Westbound I-70 After 359 But Before 358bgage Exit Topeka, Kansas - City of Topeka Council District 1
Headng westbound on I-70, before reaching Gage Exit, there is a BAR STOOL (looks like metal) on the south shoulder; if someone clips the shoulder or needs to pull over near there, they risk hitting this debri. Could someone remove it? Thanks1
  • On Westbound I-70 shortly after passing exit 362A, Topeka, Kansas - City of Topeka Council District 9
On I-70 westbound, shortly after passing the 4th street exit (Exit 361B) and in the vicinity of the 45-mph curve that curves to the left on that Hwy right after the downtown exits, it looks like a dresser or drawer or large similar wood object fell off a vehicle and was hit by a car and got partly smashed and the remains are there near the curve on the right-hand shoulder area and also strewn a little further up beyond the curve as it straightens out and heads more directly west. This debri is dangerous if a car or large semi ventures too close to the line/shoulder on the right or if the wind catches the debri and blows it more into the middle of the roadway. Could someone please remove it? Thanks!

Near Cypress And Croco Rd (Just North Of There) Topeka, Kansas - City of Topeka Council District 8
On Croco Rd, when heading north from Cyprus Road toward direction of Sycamore Rd, just as you enter the bridge on Croco after exiting Cyprus and heading north on Croco, the long, thick rubberized crack filler that spans all 4 lanes of Croco came out of one road-spanning crack, except the ends are still attached, so can't pull them loose all the way to remove these hazards without a knife to cut them free. These two loose pieces pose hazards if gets caught/tangled in tires of passing cars. Already happened since yesterday cuz the piece used to be one piece--now its two. One long strip about 10 feet long was resting in middle of south-bound lane but couldn't pull it free cuz attached at one end; hazard if caught in tires, so I dragged the loose part to lay in between center double yellow lines to get it out of way op fpassing cars, and I wedged the other long piece that was in the northbound lane temporarily into the crack which spans the northbound lanes cuz I couldn't pull it loose to get it out of way either, but it will just come out again as tires roll over it. Please remove and/or replace the full length of BOTH strips to alleviate these hazards. Thanks!
  • I-70 In Topeka heading east, around the downtown exits, Topeka, Kansas - City of Topeka Council District 9
Heading east on I-70, near the downtown exits in topeka, on the part of the bridge/overpass where there's no shoulder and before you reach the 45-mile-per-hour curve, there are two blown-out tires/parts. The largest part is partially in the roadway. Been there for at least 2 weeks. could cause accident if someone hits them in the dark and gets startled--especially the larger tire partly in roadway.

6th And Rice Road Topeka, Kansas - City of Topeka Council District 3
Two large, deep potholes just before entering intersection at 6th & Rice. So, if stopped at the light heading eastbound, & car is in the right (southernmost) lane -- you can't help but drive through these potholes, but can't see them as cresting hill, so very hazardous to tires. Please fix.

Roundabout From Rice Road Exit Leading To Cypress Drive And The Roads Connected To The Roundabout Topeka, Kansas - City of Topeka Council District 3
When you exit I-70 East using Rice Road Exit, you get to a Roundabout which leads to Cypress Drive. The Roundabout and the roads leading away from it to the east (onto Cypress Dr), north (toward the neighboring Sycamore Dr. Roundabout) and perhaps south to 29th St., all have noteworthy potholes that one should avoid when using or exiting the roundabout.

Eastbound I-70 Between Exit 364b And Rice Road Exits Topeka, Kansas - City of Topeka Council District 3
Pothole on eastbound I-70 in the righthand lane and located about halfway between Exit 364B and the Rice Road Exit which I think is Exit 365. If you drive in the right lane you'll see the hole- about 1 foot long on one side and shorter on the other, and looks deep; definitely one needs fixing.
