The two driveway entrances (20 and 14 River Street), from the street to the sidewalk, are slightly lower than its surroundings, and with the plow burms constantly piling on top of the drain at the north end, winter time becomes a severe flooding hazard, which every night turns into a rink of ice covering the sidewalk and out almost to the yellow line on River Street. Please have an engineer come look at it and see if there's something that can be done. Perhaps raise the sidewalk (which dips through the driveway) and better taper the entrance to the drain.
