    This has been addressed with WPCA and yet nothing done. please note if not addressed I will allow my lawyer to address. WPCA has been told personally by the homeowner and it has gone ignored. I now have damage to my home as a result. we asked for a drain at the top of the driveway several months ago, while speaking to the head of WPCA - Ms. McBennett; and still ignored. Hope the City is willing to shell out money for the damage to my garage and components in my garage.

    Air BnB- fir whatever reason Zoning cintinues to close the reported tickets. no one answers the phone at the office. Then itnis reported by Zoning that PK checked and couldn't find anything listed for an Air BnB. may. e this link will help PK

    House is being rented as an Air BnB. Multiple complaints have been filed and the city continues to close out all tickets. A Housing Official went out to inspect, spoke to the "owner" via Ring Doorbell and the owner accused the official of harassment and now will not go back.
    Calls have been placed to multiple departments and yet nothing, no response and the rentals continue. Who in the City can actually do their job and investigate this issue. A quick internet search will show you the listing for rental. Not just the entire house but also the lower level in addition to the rest of the house.

    please reference Issue # 8549627 which was closed by Housing Official 2. Per Housing Official 2 he spoke with owner via Ring Doorbell, not in person. owner stated he lives with his family at said address, blatant lie; refer to attachments showing otherwise. Owner is renting entire house or upper level to one guest and lower level to a different guest. (see calendar bookings attached).
    This has been a reported outstanding issue for almost 2 years through Building Dept, Housing, Mayor's Office - when will it finally be properly addressed?

    Seaview Motors continuously parks cars from the lot on the street reducing passage to a one lane road.
    This has been reported numerous times. what has the city done about this?
    Some cars do not have tags. Did not think it was legal to have unregistered vehicles parked on city streets.
