    Storm drainage is a problem in district A. This picture is from the Chase bank branch just west of the intersection of Gessner and Kempwood. This shopping center isn't near any bodies of water or streams, nor is it in any known flood plains.

    Please push and COMPLETE drainage projects to protect ALL property owners in District A.

    IStreet drainage on carousel lane continues to be a problem every time there is a heavier than normal rainstorm. The attached picture is from Tropical depression Beta. Carousel was impassable for anyone who didn't have a truck for most of the day this past Tuesday. This known problem continues to be a threat to life and property of my neighbors and I on carousel lane. Our street is the only one north of Vogue that consistently floods.

    Please take the necessary steps to prevent this kind of foreseeable flooding from recurring.

    The intersection as-is is very dangerous to all users and needs to be fixed as soon as possible.

    The pedestrian crossing buttons for the intersection to cross Old Katy Rd from the Metro parking lot to the NW transit center need maintenance and updating.

    Specifically, the buttons don't seem to work or activate the pedestrian signals. Additionally, the time to cross the road is woefully insufficient. Currently, the signals indicate a pedestrian has 17 seconds to cross the 4 lanes of west bound traffic, travel over the 20 foot median, then cross the 4 lanes if eat bound traffic. This is the primary way for pedestrians and commuters to access the NW transit center from Metro's parking lot.

    There also needs to be additional signage in the area to endure drivers turning right on to westbound Old Katy Rd from the 610 access road yield to pedestrians crossing the intersection.

    These problems are present at all times of the day, but worst during normal rush hour times due to the volume of users.
