A sink hole suddenly appeared on Dec. 30, 2016 as seen in the attached photo. According to Google Map, this sink hole was pothole by someone some time between January 2014 to August 2014 and the same hole collapsed on Dec. 30, 2016. Please assign this report to Kevin Kashi of Right of Way Management to look into which utility company is responsible for this pothole and ask the utility company to repair this pothole immediately.
