The pothole has been sealed before for the same issue, but has broken free. Every time someone drives over it, it makes a loud clunking sound that's slowly driving me insane. THANK YOU!

Large amount of glass on the toad & sidewalk. Was unable to walk my dog past this point due to concerns he would be cut on paws. Could it be cleaned up for safety? Thanks!!

Huge pile up of leaves in front of 225 Phelps making it very difficult to walk on sidewalk with stroller without veering into street. Not sure if this is on the City or the owner of the residence but is it possible to have these removed for safety please?

The sidewalk where Pleasant Street meets Waveny is overgrown onto the sidewalk making it difficult to pass while running or pushing a stroller

Sidewalk is impassable. Down Tree is blocking sidewalk fully & is still partially in the road

Directly after MILL ST on the Westbound side of the road right by the Montessori School. It's getting pretty deep!
