    It appears that the traffic detection equipment has recently been changed back to the detectors used previously Now the signals seem to no longer be sensing actual traffic and as a result traffic backs up in both directions on Dowlen Northbound traffic was backed up to Wellington Place at 11 AM this morning If this is not addressed, rush hour traffic will be unbearable in this area

    Please have the traffic engineering folks check the sensors and programming for the signals at Dowlen and Delaware
