    This weekend, Yale University will host the second weekend of the Conny Lacrosse Tournament at the Yale Bowl and Yale Athletic Fields. The tournament will run from Saturday June 9, through Sunday June 10, 2018.
    Central Avenue from Chapel Street to Derby Avenue will be closed from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM on June 9 and June 10. The City of New Haven has posted and will be enforcing Temporary No Parking along Central Avenue during this time.

    To discourage visitors and participants at the lacrosse tournament from improperly parking in the Westville neighborhood, the City will be activating and enforcing Zone 4 resident only parking restrictions during this sporting event.
    To avoid any inconvenience please be sure your car and any invited guests properly display a Zone 4 Residential Parking hang tag.

    1. Area is Residential Zone 12 only; Reporter states parkers are improperly parked on Bristol Street without Zone 12 residential permit.

    2. Parkers are improperly blocking driveway to 65 Bristol St. on a regular basis to attend NH Reds and Scantlebury Park. [In particular there is one space available on Odd side between NH Reads and 65 Bristol; parkers often extend onto an block driveway access at 65 Bristol. Problem is acute 3:00 PM to 6:30 PM. Resident has second shift job, has difficulty getting out of his driveway for second shift job.
