Why is the city not required to give advance notice when turning off power to replace electric meter? I was not home today and saw on my cameras that three men in orange vests rang my doorbell then proceeded to my back yard. I was able to view this until the power went off and all cameras went haywire. I’m not happy with the fact that they just came right in the back yard with no notification whatsoever. Unacceptable.

The city golf course is desperately in need of water. In discussion with course management it appears the main pump managed by the city’s water department failed last fall and needs repair. The backup pump is only supplying 1/2 the amount of water needed. After spending millions several years ago to get the course in decent condition, it would be devastating to let the grass die due to a failed pump. If the existing grass dies, it will not recover.

Alley road previously graded removing majority of gravel present (previously reported to city) is now eroding with the recent rains in this area. Mud is now washing down into street down Plateau and into Julie Ct. and across the bottom of my garage driveway. We have had to shovel the mud off of the sidewalk and bottom of driveway. This was never an issue in the past prior to the alley road being graded. This needs to be addressed. It is unacceptable that we have to shovel mud as a result of the city grading this road for no reason.
