    Tree fell blocking all of 23rd street at Bevis.

    We have a serious drainage system blockage preventing a large volume of water from draining. This has been previously reported. A harder rain will flood the street, possibly homes, due to this issue not being solved. Attached pictures show the blockage, extent of the water, and a functional ditch across the road for comparison.
