Rain water drains from Furnace branch Rd. down Biddle rd and backs up before entering the gully area at the fence at the side of Rt 10. It's getting bad enough that it backs into everyone's front yards. I think if the area around the fence at Rt.10 was cleared the water would drain better. Its causing problems at everyone's driveways and front yards.
