Call Police and they don't seem to care either. I guess operating a Business, Blocking not 1 but 2 ADA Access Ramps and In the Midle of a Marked Walkway...Get Real RVA, Boycott this Business for the Discriminatory Practices and Lack of Human Decency.

    Have been reported to BBB multiple times, Richmond City Police multiple times and even provided images of them doing so on MULTIPLE OCCASIONS

    Owner Operator even tried INTIMIDATION by riding around the block yelling at me while I am walking by on phone with Richmond Police...What is he the Thug Potrol for WINGZ Stop?

    Business like this need not be allowed, in my neighborhood especially. UN Ethical Way to do Business ANYWHERE

    Uploading todays ride, They Come out and Claimed They Have to Work and Have Nowhere else to park, BUT IN A BUS STOP with NO PARKING violating ADA ACts for disabled to get on a Public Transportation.

    But their laws we dont get to see it seems......

    Code of VA Title 51.5 (51.5-44) Violations that occurs every Friday and Saturday evening for past 4.5 years. I have advised the Operator on multiple occasions of this Discriminatory Practice and on Jan 14, 2017 I went to move it out of the Disabled Access points (two of them being blocked) and the vendor box flipped and i get arrested for Destruction of Property, which they used that night afterwards and Violated the Law again on Jan 20, 2017 with the same destroyed box. ( Pictures are available) The even Fail at City Ordinances to Obtain License for Operating such a Vendor Stand that is Blocking two disabled access points in two direction at an Intersection on sidewalk less than 10 feet in width , all point to deny them a license, but the seem to get preferential treatment from Richmond City Police because of their known associations with them and the drunks that are patrons. Money over Human Rights.
