    You need to improve the street closure and one way signage. Just now two cars came down Windsor St heading towards Mass Ave and I was nearly hit. It is hard to know the street is temporarily one way if you are not from area like Uber drivers, new students.

    Whole sheets of glare ice cover the entire block. I witnessed a woman fall hard. They need rain gutters to keep sidewalks clear.

    Enormous puddle at this position. Pedestrians are soaked by passing cars and there is no place to escape. Please fix the drainage in this area. Also, the Metro pipe building does not have any rain gutters which contributes to the problem and makes for icy conditions in colder weather.
