I am a disabled homeowner on olive st. I am having a parking problem with neighbors around me that rent and have 5 or 6 cars each. I am disabled and my house hes no driveway so I have nowhere to park. Is there anything to be done to solve this problem? Is it possible to get a handicapped sign in front of my house ?
