    after manhole repair work last week the cold patch is all over road, there is a big bump in the area where they repaired and there is a loud banging noise from the manhole where it is bouncing up and down all hours of day and night. also the odor coming from the manhole
    is horrible

    very bad repair work by your workers at my location. Cold patch they put down wasn't even tamped down, and now it is all over the road. The hole they were trying to fix is worst than started. They took the caution barrel that was marking the spot where the problem was but it is worse now then before. I hope you plan on coming back out soon
