    On the South side of Dale between Parkview and Columbia there is a tree branch hanging on by a thread over the sidewalk. Unsure if it's a city tree or property owner tree. The property is currently vacant and unsure who to talk to about this

    East side of Dawson Ave doesn't drain properly to storm sewer on corner of Dawson and Powell. Road is damaged and is lower than drain. Water pools and stays for a while.

    Drainage issues caused as the drain inlet is higher than area leading up to it. Causes large puddles that ice over. This is a problem as this is a bus pick up location for a school bus. Thanks
