    The current road work being handled by BGE is terrible. Archer Ave is a newer development (within 10 years old) and the location of houses worth over $500k.

    The road crews left an unacceptable amount of debris and sharp materials on the road way, along with drainage blocking devices still left in the road drains after their work was done. These workers do not care about this neighborhood and multiple requests to properly clean up and repair our road have gone unheard.

    Please help us...it's disgusting that this type of worksmanship is even remotely acceptable.

    My neighbors and I are law abiding citizens and we feel helpless...why is it so hard to get help the right way?

    Directly next to 307 Archer Ave is a green garage/rental unit which has a number of unregistered vehicles at all times parked in front not on a road.

    This includes two automobiles and an RV which seems to be leaking fluid and/or being used as a residence.

    We are concerned with the vehicles because they are in various states of disrepair and pose a potential risk to the health and well-being of adjacent neighbors.
