    Good morning,

    Please see the attached pictures. The limbs are hanging down and people are not able to walk on the sidewalk with hitting their head. Can you please send someone out to shore the limbs up. I am getting complaints from Heather Downs HOA about this. These are county street trees that are between Homestretch Ct and 9291 Whiskey Bottom Road.

    Also, I believe BGE or HC had a contractor to cut the trees tops due to power lines and your trees look very unsightly.
