The tree by my apartment appears to be dying. It drops quite a few limbs and branches in any small storm we have. The picture is just from the rain we had last night and there are branches everywhere. The tree is on private property but the limbs and overhang reside over the city sidewalk and road. It is a parking hazard for our street. If the tree cannot be removed, at least have the branches cut back. They are also sitting right above a powerline which is concerning.

Huge pothole at monument and sauer. Looks like it has been repaired before but has broken up again and become a big hole. Many other smaller potholes along monument as well

Huge pothole at intersection of 4th and Main st, my car almost bottomed out it's so deep

Reported a pothole at this location a month ago and it still has not been fixed. It is growing bigger, almost across the left lane, and hard for my small car to avoid now. I take this route to work everyday and would be great to get this fixed before I damage my car.
