With all the curves on 102nd Ave N. /Bryan Dairy Rd between 98th St and Starkey Rd, can there be concrete barriers for the median installed on the curves for traffic safety? There was a major head-on crash there that killed three people last fall (2016). Also, concrete barriers would be much better on the curb side of the road as well along the curves. It would be so much better than the metal guard rails that the road crews and to constantly be repairing from vehicles hitting and damaging them. It must be costing a lot of money to be repairing those metal guard rail so often. Concrete would hold up to vehicles hitting them so much better.
