Can the area around the holland tunnel waterfront get some attention? The area is way overgrown The "plants" is the attached photo are actually gigantic weeds I contact the Port Authority and they said the city maintains this area

Since the last request have been ignored by the city, I'll submit it yet again This crosswalk has no signage So, cars fly through here and do no yield to pedestrians in the crosswalk This was initially submitted over a year ago and nothing has been done The crosswalk is on Newport Parkway just east of Washington There is another crosswalk further down that does have signage, but this one does not and it is a safety hazard Let's do something before someone gets hurt or killed

Since the traffic study is being completely ignored by the city, I thought we should request a speed hump because drivers blow though the crosswalks that are located between Washington Blvd and North Blvd on Newport Parkway The is no signage for these crosswalks and it is a very dangerous situation Cars do not yield to pedestrians and someone is going to get hit So, speed humps need to be installed

There is early morning work happening at the cement plant well before 7am This issue has been posted before, and the city claims that a warning has been issued Based on past submissions to the city, I don't believe this is the case This submission should stay open until there is proof that the cement plant is following the ordinances of the city If you close this submission, we'll just keep posting new ones Let's actually resolve the issue instead of sweeping it under the rug This is the cement plant where Washington turns into 18th

Constant early morning construction well before 7am Happens everyday The manager is lying to you is they say it's a one time thing The city has codes for these types of violations It's up to you to actually start enforcing them

Construction is starting at 6am Well before the 7am permitted time It's very loud and needs to be stopped

All the delineators have been knocked over This is on Washington in front of the Newport Path station

Since the city made it so you can't see the original request, I'm posting this again This tree really needs to be cut back It is a disgrace that our country's flag is in this condition The tree is ripping it apart Do something about it rather than hiding this request as well

The American flag is being destroyed because this tree won't allow it to fly freely This is completely against US flag code (look it up) I've submitted this before and the city's response is to just remove the submission How about actually doing something about it???

There needs a strip here to indicate there are two lanes of traffic Invariably one knucklehead will just sit there in the middle and drivers can't make the right hand turn

A lot of the wooden planks that make up this section of the Waterfront Walkway are popping up Someone is going to trip over these
